To optimise your hamstring function and in turn your saddle height why not try these two great hamstring exercises over the next 6 weeks and see if you can improve their function.
Of course you need the correct saddle height in the first place to utilise your hamstrings at their current length but what if your hamstring are so tight or weak you end having a very low saddle position? Well if this happens you'll end up over loading your quads and be at risk of knee pain.
If your not sure your saddle height is correct for your current hamstring function why not come along for a bike fit and I can offer a physio assessment, exercise plan and bike fit to get you riding efficiently and injury free.
