On the bike: I will work with you to resolve balance and weight distribution or asymmetry problems whilst cycling. Which in turn will help solve your aches and pains, chronic discomforts and post-injury biomechanical problems.

Exercises to help improve flexibility and strength, so resolve your symptoms.
Foot stabilization assessment and optimization by offering specialist cycling inner soles, cleat shims and wedges. -
Saddle pressure mapping to assess pelvic stability with your current saddle.

Reach test using a handle bar stem jig.

Reduced rate 30 minute follow up if booked within 3 months

Aimed at the cyclist with multiple and or long lasting discomfort on the bike.

Physio Assessmemnt: As with the endurance fit you will get a full biomechanical assessment looking for any asymmetries or physical limitations that might be causing your discomfort on the bike.

Bike Fit: The information gained from the physio assessment will then support the bike fit process where I will fine tune your position on the bike to get you riding pain free and more efficiently.
I will also offer an exercise rehab programme when needed which we can then revisit on a free follow up session.
