How can physiotherapy help you with your running injury or technique. Well perhaps a generic physiotherapy might not resolve your symptoms but at Physio Fit Bristol I will take a detailed subjective from you that will guide all my treatment planning and allow me to expertly tailor your rehabilitation.

I also offer a running gait analysis using Leomo sensors that measure angles of movement using gyro-meters and accelerometers. This will then give me a very detailed view of for example your pelvic rotation or stride length to then determine what advice and or rehab programme I give you. In turn this will help you avoid injury and or improve your running PB's. I base my confidence in my background as both an competitive endurance athlete and over 30 years experience in injury rehabilitation.
A few Examples of Running Injuries Successfully Treated
Weak and tight hamstrings that are then torn when running
Meniscus damage due to Gluteus Medius weakness and
knee mal-tracking
Ankle ligament strains.
Achilles tendinopathy
IT Band pain due to glute weakness.
You will get a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment plan. This will also include an outdoor running gait analysis using Leomo 3D sensors. The session will last 1.5 and include a free follow up. Please see booking page for prices and availability.
Please do complete the submission form or simply contact me via the online chat.
I look forward to working with you in the near future.
